"The Applicant Open Day app was a major contributing factor to the success of our most recent open day. We had a last minute room change and used Student CRM to contact all the students that it affected. The students received the updates and went to the new room without any issues."

Using the barcode scanner was also an excellent way to personally greet attendees and filter them through to the university to start their day.
